Project Deliverables Template for Acceptance Review, Evidence and Handover

This project deliverables template gives project managers and delivery leads an eight-slide presentation for agreeing what will be delivered, who owns it and how it will be accepted before handover. As a project management presentation, it moves from a deliverable register to acceptance criteria, dependencies, review gates, evidence sign-off, a handover checklist and outstanding actions, so the deck follows the order in which acceptance work is usually settled. The opening register sets six columns for ID, deliverable, owner, reviewer, acceptance and evidence, while later slides pair each deliverable ID with a criterion and validation method and give every review gate a named reviewer and required evidence. A dedicated sign-off slide captures the evidence link, reviewer, decision and a signature line. Deep forest green backgrounds, cream and sage headlines and thin gold rules sit beside a recurring sunlit desk photograph, keeping the tables readable. The editable PowerPoint slides are 16:9 and can be converted for Google Slides.
